I currently offer three versions of the FCL experience, along with custom one-on-one coaching solutions when requested by clients.

Option 1 – Exploratory Workshop Session: A two and a half hour workshop experience where I introduce participants to the main core themes of the FCL experience. Great for teams, and organizations.

Option 2 – FCL Immersion: This is my flagship program, presented over two days consisting of 5-hours of intensive training. Great for teams, organizations, and retreats.

Option 3 – FCL Retreat: In collaboration with Tree Roots Retreat in Rayong, Thailand, I offer a 5-day FCL intensive. This option is fantastic for Corporate Team Building and Executive Teams.



  • The FCL Experience has been designed for any fitness level, anyone can participate in the event.
  • Loose clothing, preferably the kind of clothing you wear to go to the gym or for a run. Depending on the floor, we may either work barefoot or with cross-trainers (so bring a pair with in case).
  • I supply all the equipment needed for the FCL experience. Participants of my Full Immersion experience receive a signed copy of my book, Full Contact Living.
  • Don’t worry if you are not fit, I ask you to work only at the pace you feel comfortable at. While I am using a martial art, and somatic base to teach you the lessons — I won’t be asking you to climb in the ring and fight:) The session is challenging, but risk is low, and again, you decide the pace you want to go.
